Kaiser Fototechnik has just introduced Twin1 ISR, a digital timer remote shutter release that features numerous intelligent functions: simple and delayed exposure, bulb shutter control, interval and continuous shooting applicable individually or in combination.
Timer, interval time and long time exposure can be set to the second up to 99 hours, 59 minutes and
59 seconds, exposure numbers up to 9,999, operating a four-way navigation button. Settings are viewed
on a triple line LCD screen that can be illuminated. Three types of display mode let the user choose
how to control the operation.

The two-step release button for activating the camera’s autofocus and operating the camera’s shutter can also be slid in a locked position for long time exposures. All buttons can be locked to prevent from unintentional operation. There is also a beep sound, that can be activated or deactivated, and a low battery indicator. Normal shutter release works also without or with exhausted battery.
Twin1 ISR switches off automatically when not in use for more than 10 minutes. Settings are retained.
The compact remote control weighs only 26 grams and is available in three versions: for Canon/Pentax/Samsung, Nikon and Sony/Minolta cameras. Each version comes with all release cables required for the respective camera models. Cables are 1 meter (3 feet) long.
The 3 volt battery supplied with the set should last for approximately two months of continuous operation.
